Join us for one of our most popular motorsports experiences, the Italian Extravaganza! This unforgettable journey takes Grand Prix Tours guests through Northern Italy, combining legendary automotive experiences, incredible food and wine, and the excitement of the Italian Grand Prix.
Our adventure begins before race weekend, and we waste no time immersing you in the heart of Italian motorsport. After meeting at Milan Malpensa Airport, our journey takes us to the Dallara Factory and Fabbrica Factory, before continuing to our hotel in Modena. That evening, we’ll kick off the week with a wonderful multi-course gourmet dinner, the perfect opportunity to relax, meet your fellow car enthusiasts, and toast to the incredible week ahead.
Days 2 and 3 of the Italian Extravaganza are packed with incredible sights, unforgettable experiences, and, of course, plenty of automotive excitement! Beginning around 9:00 am each morning, our guests set out with our onsite Grand Prix Tours representative to discover a variety of unique destinations throughout the region. And while supercars and motorsport are certainly at the heart of our itinerary, we’ll also experience some of the other world-renowned specialties that make this part of Italy so special, including an authentic traditional balsamic vinegar tasting and parmesan tasting.
On Day 4, we bid farewell to Modena and make our way north toward beautiful Lake Como. Along the journey, we’ll stop to sample another of Italy’s legendary specialties with a Parmesan cheese tasting. Upon arrival in Como, our Italian adventure continues with our Italian Grand Prix packages, offering a choice of three carefully selected hotels for your four-night stay.

The 4 star Best Western Plus Hotel Modena Resort is located 8 km from Modena's city center and just a 5 minute drive from the Formigine Castle. Boasting an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, Turkish bath, gym, cocktail lounge area, snack bar and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The spacious rooms offer modern and elegant furnishings, a balcony, a 32" LED TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a minibar. An amazing Argentina restaurant is located right next door.
The city of Modena is located in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy in the Po Valley. Most known for its car industry the area is also world renowned for its production of balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese. Also the birth place of Enzo Ferrari and Luciano Pavarotti, two men who need little introduction.
Guests can expect comfortable warm weather during the day and cool, light jacket, conditions in the evening and guests should prepare for the potential for light rain. Our chosen hotel accommodations are located just a short drive away from the center of the city. Though after a full day you may want to relax in the hot tub or the Turkish bath at the hotel.
Monday, August 30:
Upon your arrival into Malpensa Airport (MXP), you will be met by a Grand Prix Tours representative and transferred at 11:00 am to our hotel in Modena. En-route enjoy a visit to the amazing Dallara Academy and Factory! Go behind the scenes and get a first hand view of their daily operations. (Please schedule flights to arrive no later than 9:00 am for our 11:00 am departure. Many of our guests choose to arrive a day earlier and overnight at the airport and meet us the next day.) After check in at your hotel in Modena get ready to treat your taste buds at our welcome dinner with your fellow car enthusiasts.
Tuesday, August 31:
Begin the day with a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, with the option to get behind the wheel yourself with an exhilarating Ferrari 458 test drive. In the afternoon, savor the flavors of Modena with a balsamic vinegar tasting before continuing on to the incredible Lamborghini Factory and Museum, where Italian automotive passion and performance take center stage.
Wednesday, September 01:
Depart this morning for a fascinating visit to the Stanguellini Museum, where Italian racing history comes to life. Then, come hungry! An incredible lunch is included! Afterward, continue to the extraordinary Pagani Factory, where artistry, engineering, and performance come together to create some of the world’s most exclusive supercars. A truly unforgettable day awaits!
Thursday, September 02:
Begin the morning with a delicious Parmigiano Reggiano tasting, followed by a scenic journey toward Lake Como. Along the way, stop for a visit to the fascinating Alfa Romeo Museum, celebrating the legendary marque’s rich history and iconic automobiles. Upon arrival in Como, check into your selected hotel and continue your Italian adventure with us at the Italian Grand Prix, or make your own way to Malpensa Airport for your flight home.

On Monday, join us for a welcome dinner as you get to know your fellow race enthusiasts.
