2023 marks the historic 80th anniversary of the iconic Monaco Grand Prix. Aside from being the most visually spectacular race on the F1 calendar, there are plenty of other reasons to visit Monaco like the Prince’s Palace and his 100+, one-of-a-kind car collection, Monte Carlo Casino and the sheer volume of architectural wonders that literally overstimulate one’s senses.
Monaco is a stone’s throw from Nice, located in the coveted south of France, nestled into a steep mountainside. Most of the curvy streets overlook its pristine harbor in the world-renowned French Riviera. Monaco’s exclusive hotels, mega-yachts, gourmet eateries, high-end shopping, and exotic cars (parked outside for intimate viewing) are only a few reasons it’s become an annual must for the crux of our clients.
To only name a few, Monaco is home base for Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, Alex Albon and Daniel Ricciardo for an obvious reason. Low taxes and the place is awesome! Come see the cars and drivers at close range with engines echoing, feel the brake heat and smell the burning rubber at this year’s event. With historical race venues being removed, for a host of logistic and financial reasons, there is no guarantee of a 2024 Monaco Grand Prix or beyond. Don’t miss out. If you’re an F1 junkie, this is a bucket list item.
With more than 36 years of consecutive attendance, rest assured that Grand Prix Tours secures the absolute best accommodations, track viewing and dining options and shares the secrets of effortlessly getting around in some of the most confusing sidewalk and stair navigation known to mankind.
For guests joining us, and staying in Monte Carlo, included in our package are Private Airport Transfers to and from Nice airport. For guests joining us and staying in Nice, Transfers to Monaco on Saturday and Sunday are included. Click “Show Packages” to see our selected accommodations and their location.
At Grand Prix Tours we pride ourselves on offering the very best Tickets and private Hospitality options available. When it comes to tickets, the Monaco Grand Prix is unique to all other Formula 1 races. For this tight street circuit our recommendation is to reserve a different viewing location for each day, yacht viewing or a grandstand on Friday or Saturday and a premier balcony or rooftop viewing for race day. Please see our track map and list of available tickets below to get an idea of where you would like to experience the race. Even a few rows or even buildings, one direction or another, can make or break your vantage point.
Our chosen Accommodations consists of multiple 3, 4 and 5-Star hotel options available in two differing locations. Guests can choose to stay in the heart of Monaco and be centrally located for the weekend’s events or we have hotel options in Nice, a wonderful city just south of Monaco with a slightly more relaxed environment. Both cities are positioned on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and each offer their own unique attractions and beautiful stretches of coast line. Our tenured staff intimately know the nuances of the area, the race organizers and will assist you during your visit to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Grand Prix Tours has taken care of all the nitty gritty details and has arranged an amazing motorsports vacation. Call 949.719.3350 to book your trip or to contact at RaceHelp@gptours.com with any questions. Click “Show Packages” to learn more and to see details and options.

While in Monaco guests will be treated to a world class race weekend. Our chosen accommodations happen to be some of the world’s finest hotels and, in the case of the Fairmont Hotel, are quite literally a part of the race. Monaco is a unique and beautiful city with an intriguing past and world-renowned reputation that beckons to travelers from all over the world.
Monaco has the unique distinction of being the world’s second smallest nation, second to the Vatican. Roughly the size of New York’s central park visitors can walk the width of the country in about an hour. Officially the Principality of Monaco is a sovereign city-state, country, and micro-state located on the French Riviera.
There are many historic sites and entertaining attractions to explore during your stay. Perhaps none more famous than the Casino de Monte-Carlo. Guests are usually surprised to learn that the casino is for tourists of the city only. Local Monegasque’s are not permitted to gamble or even visit the casino. Another local attraction for race fans is the Car Collection of H.S.H. the Prince of Monaco. On display seven days a week guests can explore the lavish and extensive collection of cars for roughly $10 per-person.
Finally, perhaps the most famous sight in Monaco is the Monaco Harbor otherwise known as the Port Hercules. It has been said that Hercules had constructed many of the coastal roads in the area and the harbor itself and for that the port was named after him. Today the port plays host to some of the world’s largest and most expensive yachts. Certainly, over the Monaco Grand Prix weekend the harbor will be at full capacity accommodating some 700 mega yachts at one time.
Guests staying in Monaco can expect world class track side accommodations and superb scenic beauty. Guests should prepare for an exciting yet relaxing atmosphere with amazing cuisine and shopping on nearly every corner. Grand Prix Tours has arranged the perfect Monaco Grand Prix weekend. We have taken care of all the details just meet us in Monaco and we will take care of the rest.
