Get ready to join Grand Prix Tours on a wonderful, European, motorsports vacation to the Austrian Grand Prix. This event attracts the most passionate of race fans from all over Europe and the world. Roughly a 9 hour flight from New York or a 12 hour flight from Los Angeles to the Vienna International Airport fans from North America can be track side in no time.
The Austrian Grand Prix continues to be a magnificent test for not only the drivers but for the teams and the cars themselves. The racetrack is unique and often provides for fantastic overtaking and wheel to wheel action. The track has total length of 2.68 miles or 4.318 kilometers. There are 10 turns; 3 to left and 7 to the right. The circuit has a total elevation change of more than 200 feet or 60 meters during the lap. Turn 1 and turn 3 are both uphill turns and make for great overtaking opportunities. Currently the lap record is 1:02.939 set by Valtteri Bottas with Mercedes.

Our package includes 3-night accommodations in the city of Graz, we will take care of ordering and confirming your choice of race tickets, and track transfers to and from the circuit. Airport transfers from Vienna International Airport (VIE) are included on our 3-night packages. Be sure to view our itinerary for timing to be able to utilize our airport transfers. Guests will also receive our client package comprised of our full itinerary for the weekend, including; F1 driver & team spotters guide, restaurant recommendations and our latest Grand Prix Tours t-shirt. Graz is the capital of the Austrian province Styria and is the second largest city in Austria, second only to Vienna. The city is made up of 17 districts and is located on the Mur river in a very green and heavily forested area. Graz is very well known for its many castles and palaces that dot the hillsides in the surrounding area.
One of the most noticeable structures in Old Town Graz is the Schlossberg Clock Tower. The Schlossberg, directly translates to castle-mountain, was a former fortress dating back to the 10th century that has been turned into a peaceful city park. The tower and the park are roughly a ten-minute walk from our chosen hotel accommodations. Also, just a short walk from our hotels is the Styrian Armory. Even if you are not a fan of weaponry the sheer size of the historical arms and tools of war on display is mind boggling with more than 30,000 pieces in the collection. The history and stories about the building are also fascinating.

Friday, June 26:
Upon your arrival into the Vienna International airport (VIE), you will be met by a Grand Prix Tours representative and transferred at 12:00 noon to your hotel in Graz (please arrive by 11:00 am if taking our transfer). A 3 night stay at the Hotel Zum Dom, including breakfast daily, has been reserved for you. In the evening join Grand Prix Tours for a Welcome Dinner.
Tip: Many of our guests this year arrived a day or two early and explored the wonderful city of Vienna, then met us back at Vienna airport for the transfer to our hotel in Graz on Friday.
Saturday, June 27:
Morning transfer to the Red Bull Ring for Formula 1 qualifying. Spending the evening exploring beautiful Graz.

Transfer to the Red Bull Ring for the 2026 Austrian Grand Prix!
Monday, June 29:
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Vienna International airport (VIE). Please do not schedule your flights to depart before 2:00 pm if taking our transfer.

Austria has an old hunting tradition since there are many woods across the country. In the autumn season many restaurants in Austria traditionally offer game on their menu along with seasonal vegetables and fruits like pumpkins from Styria.

The Start Ziel grandstand is the main grandstand at the Red Bull Ring located on the main straight across from pit lane.
