Named after the two-time world champion Grand Prix motorcycle racer, Ricardo Tormo, the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, also known as Circuit de Valencia, and officially named Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo, was built in 1999. Since it’s inauguration on September 19, 1999, it has been the season finale on the MotoGP calendar. Throughout its history it has received numerous awards that place it among the best circuits of the current panorama.
A circuit within a stadium, the track was built so that spectators from all 65,000 seats are able to see the entire layout of the track. In addition to the MotoGP World Championship, it hosts the two most important touring events, the WTCC World Touring Car Championship and the DTM German Touring Car Championship, Formula 3 and GT’s events, the Spanish CEV Speed Championship and the pre-season tests of the Formula 1 teams.
The Circuito de la Comunitat Valenciana has several layouts, running anti-clockwise with varying lengths. MotoGP events are held on a 2.48 mile track comprising of five right handed corners, eight left handers and a half mile straight. Although the track is regarded as quite small, the pit complex contains 48 garages, while the circuit can accommodate up to 150,000 spectators.
The Valencia MotoGP is known for its exciting races and passionate fans.

The Yellow Stand offers several fantastic spectator advantages. Located at the left end of the grandstand, you’ll enjoy a direct view down the start/finish straight as motorbikes roar towards you at incredible speeds, before leaning into the right-hand turn at Turn 1 and racing into Turn 2. From here, you get a panoramic perspective of the track between Turns 1 and 2, with much of the circuit visible in the distance.
You’re also close to Turn 2, where riders lean sharply to the left, navigating the challenging section before heading toward the slight break at Turn 4 and the sweeping right-hand Turn 5. Positioned at Turns 1 and 2 of the Portimão Algarve MotoGP circuit, the grandstand offers an exceptional view of the intense braking zone entering Turn 1 and the thrilling acceleration zone as the bikes exit Turn 2.
2025 price - 2026 price TBC.
Located on the main straight with incredible views. While it's obvious that you'll get a view of the starting grid as it heads into turn 1 on your right, you'll get much more than that. Almost every grandstand at Circuit Ricardo Tormo can see almost every corner of the track, such is the nature of the stadium's configuration. The only downside to the purple grandstand is that you can't see into the pits themselves like other circuits. Most tracks have a main straight grandstand opposite the pits, but not at this MotoGP circuit. Opposite the pits are support vehicles, team trucks, and service roads.
2025 price - 2026 price TBC.
