Upon your arrival at Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN), you’ll be met and transferred to the Hotel Flaminia in Sirmione, where accommodations have been reserved for 6 nights, including a daily buffet breakfast. In the evening, join us for a welcome reception - a perfect opportunity to meet your fellow travelers and toast to the exciting week ahead.
Tuesday, June 9:
After breakfast, we’ll depart for Brescia to witness the thrilling start of the Mille Miglia! Hundreds of classic cars line the surrounding streets and piazzas, ready to make their way to the starting ramp on Viale Venezia. The roar and rumble of these magnificent engines is truly unforgettable. Our representative will guide you to the heart of the action, where you can admire the cars up close or soak in the lively atmosphere from one of the many cafés. We’ll watch as the first competitors thunder across the start line before returning to our coach.
Wednesday, June 10:
Enjoy a free morning to relax or explore at your own pace. In the afternoon, join us for an included 90-minute boat cruise on beautiful Lake Garda. Your experienced captain will guide you on a fun and informative journey across the lake complete with a chilled glass of fizz to sip as you sail!
Thursday, June 11:
An early start this morning as we journey into the heart of Italy’s famed Motor Valley. Our first stop is the spectacular Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena. Enjoy lunch at a charming local restaurant, where you’ll savor authentic regional cuisine. After lunch, we continue to the nearby Pagani Museum & Factory for another fascinating glimpse into Italian automotive excellence. Before returning to Sirmione, we’ll make a final stop at a renowned balsamic vinegar producer - the perfect opportunity to sample their exceptional creations and perhaps take home a bottle or two!
Friday, June 12:
Today, enjoy a day trip to the enchanting city of Verona, exploring its historic treasures, from Juliet’s balcony to the magnificent Roman Arena. On the return journey to Sirmione, we will visit a renowned local olive oil producer, where you can sample their exceptional oils and discover the flavors of the region.
Saturday, June 13:
Today, we return to Brescia to welcome home the cars from their thrilling marathon across Italy! Our morning begins at the Mille Miglia Museum, set in the historic Sant’Eufemia Monastery, where the shop offers books, apparel, gifts, and memorabilia for all enthusiasts. Later, we will gather at the finish line on Viale Venezia to cheer on the heroes as they complete their remarkable 1,000-mile journey!
Sunday, June 14:
After breakfast, we will depart Sirmione for Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) for your return flight home.
