2016 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
2016 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
The Yas Marina Circuit is awe-inspiring with hotels built around and over the race track and Marina, the complex is finished with the magnificent Ferrari World just next door. Track designer Herman Tilke designed the track to the best Formula One standards, with the marina and all the the glitz and glamour that goes with this incredible event it is comparable to Monaco or Singapore. As they say, location - location - location, and the Yas Marina is certainly a location, with entertainment throughout the Grand Prix and live concerts featuring performances by major international artists.

The circuit has the unique distinction of being the only twilight race on the F1 calendar and when the lights are turned on, Yas Marina becomes the largest lit permanent sports venue in the world. The aesthetic impact of a race which starts in sunshine and finishes under artificial light is stunning to spectators, but the flip side of that coin is the bulk of pressure that falls on tire strategists dealing with dropping track temperatures as the race progresses.
It is the final Grand Prix of the year and is often a world championship decider so the atmosphere is electric. Watch from a yacht or the Paddock Club, party in the Amber Lounge with the Grand Prix movers and shakers, visit the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, you won`t be disappointed.
